My truck got stuck in Neutral at about 4:00pm on a Friday. I called a couple of other towing services, and they all told me over an hour before a truck could pick me up. Neptune quoted me 30-40 minutes, I said go ahead and send a truck. The driver arrived in a little over 20 minutes. While driving to the repair facility, he was super nice as we talked about what was wrong (potentially) about my truck, his time in the business, etc. The tow truck was clean, smelled nice (didn't smell like cigarettes or body odor). When we got to the repair facility, he took the time to wait for the technician to move a different car so he could unload mine straight into a repair bay, instead of just dropping it off and leaving. Nobody likes to have to call a tow truck, but if you do, This was by far the best tow truck experience I have ever had. ~ Roland G

Daniel is a great owner and his brother Remi is an excellent employee. I was in a very difficult spot. My truck was fully loaded with firewood and I backed over a driveway that had an 18 inch drop-off. I thought for sure I would have to unload all of that wood to even have a chance to get my truck over that big of a concrete drop- off. The frame, gas tank and drive shaft were on the ground. I could see no way out of this situation.because I was in very tight quarters. I was told to not unload the wood yet. Remi was at the scene in about 15 minutes. FAST. He very carefully was able to maneuver me out of a terrible situation. I really thought the only way I was going to get out of that spot was with a giant crane. These guys are fast , super efficient and very reasonably priced. I would reccomend them to anyone!!! ~ Frank K

Of course, like most people, I had an unexpected flat tire, and the worst thing is that it was on my way to a very important meeting along the lines of an interview. Anyway, I called around only to find that most towing services charged the same fee for the distance that I needed to take my car. Since the price among all towing service was constant, I based my decision on which towing service to use on customer service. The gentleman who answered the phone and answered all of my questions and concerns was super friendly and nice, despite my frustrations. To make things better, the driver, Martin was even more amicable, attentive, courteous and bit humorous, which was great nothing like a few laughs to distract you from the fact that you need towing services! They not ONLY came to my area fast but the call was super friendly and the price is perfect and they talk to me about the car situation and they answer the phone so fast. I am big on communication and to them communication is KEY 🔑 they really fast and friendly and I will recommend them to whoever!!! Awesome. Towed my hummer h3 to my house when the alternator went out. The guy who answered my call was friendly and had all the answers to my questions. Told me it would be about a 50 min wait but ended up being around 35 40 mins. The wrecker driver was super friendly and we talked the whole trip to my house. It made the whole process alot less stressful. Breaking down on the way to work sucks but the guys at Neptune made it so much more tolerable. Just want to say thanks to everyone there. And will recommend them to anyone I know that might need their service. I know they ll be the first I'll call should I need a tow in the future..thanks again Nepture. ~ redmachine58

I had called another local towing company, explained that my BMW X3 was completely dead and I needed it towed. They told me special equipment was needed if it couldn't be put in neutral. I called Neptune, they texted me back, asked what I needed, where the car was etc. They had a truck to me in 30 mins, the driver was one of the most friendly people I've come across. Beyond helpful, he got my car started and I set out for the repair shop. I got 5 miles before the car died again, in the middle of Yale on a Friday during lunch. I called the driver, told him what happened, he said he hadn't gone far and would be right there. He was there in 7 mins, got my car loaded on the flat bed in no time and towed it to the shop, all with a smile on his face. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Remi cool name! Called and told me everything worked out and he delivered my truck to the tire shop. How much more customer service can yo get then that?!? I spoke with Danny the day before on a Sunday because the tire shop wasn't going to open until Monday. They assured me all would be ok as long as my truck was pulled in straight so they could roll it on or however they do it. It worked out so good I only had to uber to get my keys to the tire shop. For the past few days, I’ve attempted to get service for my vehicle and unfortunately had a hard time securing anyone. Multiple services didn’t answer, didn’t show up, or just cancelled. For this reason, I decided to get a tow. The first call was to this company, and I spoke to Danny. He was extremely friendly and had a reassuring demeanor that put me at ease during a stressful time. I called a couple of places afterwards, but no one gave me the same service. I then decided to go with this company. When I called back to schedule a tow, Danny said he could get to me within an hour of my calling. He gave me an ETA to my house and kept his word by arriving on time. He treated my vehicle with care and patiently answered any questions I had. He even went above and beyond the expectations of professionalism by taking me to and from the service provider for my vehicle. Best tow driver ever!! I was stranded in the middle of the night by myself and he was really quick getting to me! I was out of gas and thought the car had broken down. He quickly figured out what the issue was and put enough gas in my car to get me to the station. Pros: fast, friendly and great rates Cons: his taste in music wasn't great which could have lifted my spirits if he had come in blasting some 90's throw back. But overall very happy with the service! If I forget to put gas in my car again I know who I'll be calling! ~ Jenn T

They responded within a couple of minutes with answers to my inquiry. The rate was the best out of all the searches I did. When I was finally able to schedule the tow, they kept to the quote and arrived less than an hour. Neptune towing was amazing!!! Danny the mechanic was clean smart, and professional!!! I have issues with walking so I'm very slow getting to door etc. Danny was so patient with me. He was very professional and detailed was very careful with my car and made sure he had everything correct and even offered to give me a courtesy call when he delivered my car to the shop. I received excellent service from Neptune Towing Service. The Gentleman who towed my truck is named Remi. He is very professional and would recommend him to anyone very friendly as well. Martin is very professional and quick with very reasonable pricing. They sent out a tow truck for me and had them arrived in less than 30 minutes! I drive a pretty low car too and was praying that the tow truck accommodates low cars too but bless them for working with cars like mine.
